What is a Gazebo?
A gazebo is a covered structure that stands up by itself; it doesn’t need to be connected to fencing, your house, or other outdoor buildings. They can be a focal point in the grass or can be built into part of your deck to provide shade for outdoor spaces. A gazebo offers shade on a hot summer day in Utah.
Another unique feature of a gazebo is the integrated seating, such as built-in benches around the interior perimeter. Lattice work can be affixed to the sides of the gazebo to make it more enclosed, or you could design one that’s more open to the elements.
Homeowners often love to add vegetation to their gazebos, whether in the form of hanging baskets from the roof or by growing plants up the lattice. A gazebo could also be wired with electricity for lighting or a fan. Want respite from bugs? You can drape mosquito netting around a gazebo as well!

Missing paver sand, pop up drains being buried too deep, and other minor items would all be quick and easy fixes if they had inspected the work or else responded to my requests before the ground froze. The good news is that they agreed to look at the missed items, and they agreed to fix them later… but I will have to wait 3-4 months for the ground to thaw and then hope that they are still willing to resolve everything then. They definitely got the most important things completed correctly in this project, and it really does look great.
