Retaining Walls
Boulder, Stacked Stone and Concrete Walls Give You More Usable Space
Retaining walls are used more today than ever before because of the need to create more usable space that is aesthetically pleasing. There are many types of retaining walls, including boulder, segmental (block), dry stack, wood tie and concrete.
The rock (boulder) walls are more natural and are increasing in popularity because of their natural look and low cost. Cottonwood Landscapes LLC uses top-quality stone and other fine materials while making sure to have proper slope and three points of contact. This helps ensure a quality rock wall. The segmental (block) walls are cleaner looking and use less area, thus providing more usable space. Dry-stack walls, if built correctly, are the richest looking walls but demand a steeper price. Our dry-stack installers grew up stacking walls the old fashioned way and are real craftsman at the trade.
